Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us up to 14 days after receipt (we must be in receipt of your item within 14 days). You must open up a returns request in the my account area for approval prior to returning any item. All orders with no RMA number will be refused,

Where you decide to cancel an order after the Products have been dispatched, you will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risk to us within 14 days. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within the time period specified in the Returns Procedure or it will be refused.

You should return the Products to us unopened, unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Procedure for the Product(s). We are unable to accept any returns for syringes, opened pouches, used mouth guards or open toothpastes,  If any seals or retail packaging is opened we will NOT under any circumstances accept your return for dental hygiene reasons and will dispose of the items.

Cost of Returns

We will NOT bear the cost of you returning any products to us unless your order is incorrect or damaged. You will solely be responsible for returning the items and cover all postage/packaging/insurance costs.  All items MUST be returned to us tracked/signed within the specified time scale or your return will be refused.

After you cancel your order and return the products we will reimburse you all sums debited by us except for actual postage fees up to £12.99. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will make the reimbursement using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within the earlier of 7 business days of the day we receive back the products from you.

If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights under Seychelles law. For damaged or incorrect items we will pay return postage up to £3.95 (signed for 2nd class by Royal Mail) we will not bear the costs for any returns sent via Royal Mail 9am or 1pm special delivery, DHL, FedEx or Yodel. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail to the PO Box provided with the RMN included or it may delay your return being processed.

Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Seychelles law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles. Returned to sender/not collected/Lost

Any orders that have been returned to us by Royal Mail or DPD due to non-collection/not called for when no one was available to sign, or incorrect address details,  will be subjected to a flat postage £3.95 or international fee £8.90 and re-stock fee 15% of total order. It is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure the delivery address details are correct when placing your order. Once an order is marked as "completed" or "dispatched" it is the buyers  responsibility for tracking and to collect their order from the courier delivery office after a delivery attempt (all updates will be via the couriers website or app) .

All orders are not considered lost until 7 full business days have passed after the expected delivery date (unless guaranteed next day service is purchased) the investigation process will be conducted by Royal Mail or DPD depending on which service you selected when placing your order. The claims process for lost or denial of receipt of order can take up to 30 full business days (but is not guaranteed). The conclusion of the investigation will be made exclusively by Royal Mail or DPD and their decision will be final.
