You may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale on the site by following the on screen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. The sale contract is formed between UK Teeth Whitening Ltd, IBC 193467. (We/Us) and you the customer/buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure address details are complete and correct. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the “Payment Options” page.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order number and a summary of your order. Always check your spam/junk folder. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by UK Teeth Whitening Ltd. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by UK Teeth Whitening Ltd, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched via a third party based in the UK (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us for the sale of a product will only be formed when we email you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant Product.
Each contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
We may be unable to process your order if:
The product you ordered is out of stock
The product is discontinued
There is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.
We believe fraud has been committed.
Before placing your order it is the buyers responsibility to ensure your order is correct and all address details are completed correctly. Under no circumstances will we will be responsible for any incomplete address when placing your order.
Please note that a Business day is Monday to Friday inclusive. 95% of Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries are delivered within 2 business days. 95% of Royal Mail Most tracked 24 deliveries are delivered within 1 business day but a small percentage will take slightly longer especially during busy periods. Only DPD services are guaranteed delivery times.
All orders are processed by a UK-based company and there are a number of national Bank Holidays throughout the year. Should your order be placed over a Bank Holiday, your items will be dispatched the following business day. While we always strive to deliver your order on time, Bank Holidays may cause a delay in the dispatch and arrival of your purchase. Should you wish to confirm when UK Bank Holidays are, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
Royal Mail Delivery Options
We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail T24 and T48 deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and all DPD Delivery orders on the day of ordering if placed before 1pm Monday to Sunday. After these times your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that Royal Mail deliveries take between 1 to 3 full business days (depending on service selected) to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order. All orders placed after 1pm on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next business day Monday (Excluding National Holidays). *Delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on the Royal Mail.
To keep you informed on the progress of your delivery, you will receive SMS / email updates from Royal Mail as your package makes its way to you. These alerts are automatically sent by Royal Mail and won't be seen by anyone other than the recipient.

Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Delivery takes 1 working longer to the following locations:
DPD Express Guaranteed Next Day - Order before 1pm ( Mon - Fri ) for guaranteed next day delivery 8am - 9pm.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day.
You will be given a 1 hour delivery window, which can be rearranged to suit you. Information on how to do this can be found on your text message/email notifications from DPD. Or alternatively, contact our Customer Care team.
DPD Saturday / Sunday Delivery - Orders placed before 12 pm (Sat - Sun) will be delivered the next day. Any orders made after 12pm Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.
If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Saturday, the delivery will be re-attempted Sunday. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Sunday, the delivery will be re-attempted the next business day.
If multiple items are included in the delivery, we will attempt to send out in one package. However if this is not possible, we will dispatch the additional goods in a separate parcel on another delivery service. No extra charge will be made.
DPD delivery services have limited availability in the below postcodes.
You may place an order using DPD as your delivery service if you live in the below postcodes. However please note if you live in one of the below postcodes an alternative delivery option will be automatically assigned by DPD. We have no control over what alternative delivery service is assigned.
There may be occasions where not all delivery services are available to your postcode and your postcode is not listed above. If this happens, an alternative delivery option will be assigned by DPD. Please note we have no control over what alternative delivery service will be assigned.
